The Life of Ellen Cornwell

Ellen Celine Conmy Cornwell, beloved wife of Bishop Churchill Cornwell, was born on August 21, 1942 in Fargo, North Dakota.
She died on June 11, 2008, at age 65, in Tempe, Arizona after a year-long illness.
She is survived by her husband, her children, Marcy, Molly and Tim, her grandchildren, Alyssa, Rebeccah and Kevin as well as her brothers, Michael, Walsh, Patrick and Jim.

She was vitally instumental in helping her husband conduct a Christian Bible fellowship in their home for over 33 years.

Donations are being taken by The City of Tempe Historical Museum, where she was a volunteer extraordinare for over 15 years and by the Az He Is Biblical Studies Fellowship, with whom she fellowshipped around God's Word and God's People for 23 years.

She is now awaiting the return of the Lord Jesus Christ. Her love and unique sense of humor will be tremendously missed. We'll see her again with all of God's kids when Christ returns for his Church, the body of Christ.

More of Ellen's life history as well as pictures and personal tributes will be added as time goes on. BUT WE HOPE NOT! (We hope that the Lord Jesus Christ returns before we are able to add any more to this page.)
